We process contact forms, briefings, chat (with consent), portal data, company profile, tool runs, Marketing Engine data and measurement to deliver the service. Bases: contract (Art. 6(1)(b)), legitimate interest for administration (Art. 6(1)(f)), consent for measurement and IP profiling (Art. 6(1)(a)), legal obligation for the consent log and accounts (Art. 6(1)(c)).
Essential cookies keep the session, sign-in and colour mode. If you accept all, we store first-party measurement: page trail, device, language, timezone, referrer and IP address. From the IP we infer location, carrier and organisation. If the network looks corporate, we look up the public company register for a name and public contact details and label them as estimates. An IP does not reliably reveal a private individual’s name or phone. Name and contact details you yourself give in a form, chat or account are joined to the same visitor profile.
- Essential: session, sign-in, colour mode, proof of consent (version, time, choice, IP, browser).
- Measurement (taju_vid, 12 months): pages, title, referrer, UTM, device, screen, language, timezone.
- IP profile: address, country/city/region, ASN, carrier, organisation, reverse DNS, network kind (corporate, consumer, mobile, hosting, VPN).
- Estimates: company name and public contacts (email/phone) when the IP points to a corporate network; sources are open company data (PRH) and a geolocation service. An estimate is not a verified identity.
- Linking: if you give a name, email, phone or company in a form, in chat or by signing in, they are joined to the same profile.
- Recipients: hosting and database on instruction; geolocation (IP address); Finnish open company data. Data is not sold.
- Retention: visitor profile 24 months from last visit; consent log 36 months (accountability). You may withdraw consent at any time.
- Rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection. Complaint to the Finnish DPA (tietosuoja.fi).
- No automated decision with legal effect. Estimates are not used for credit decisions.
Data is not sold. Processors (hosting, database, AI, Stripe for payment, geolocation) act on instruction. Retention: leads until handled or deletion is requested; portal and strategy data for the contract; visitor profile 24 months; consent log 36 months; payments for accounting.
You may access, correct, delete and port your data, object to processing and withdraw consent. Email us. You may complain to the Finnish DPA (tietosuoja.fi). Consent version: 2026-09-15.
